THE WAY WEST
We are going to meet at the Albany Pub car parK at 10:30am for a start at around 1100am after a chat, meet and catch up.
This run is all about enjoying a pleasant Sunday spin through the country side of Albany and Kumeu districts and coming back for a leisurely lunch at the Albany Tavern.
Come and enjoy a great run — listen to your navigator and follow the directions given.
All you need to bring is a driver, passenger (navigator) and some sense of humour. A map book is optional, but not necessary.
There is no looking for clues, objects or any other items, just only the pleasure of driving in your MX5 and back for some relaxation on a Sunday

An August Amble (10:30 AM)
Kapiti cars meet at Paraparaumu railway station about 11.30 am for an 11.40 am departure via Paekakariki Hill Road to meet the others at Haywards/SH2 car park for a 12.30 pm departure. Lunch at Short Straw Café, Whiteman’s Valley (cost up to $18 p.p. depending on what you order). Then to Upper Hutt to visit Bristols, a one stop automotive shop specialising in vintage and classic car restoration. Tea/ coffee and biscuits (free) will be served after our tour of their operation.

Raglan Ramble (All Day)
For those who want breakfast we will meet at Columbus Cafe Bethlehem at 8.45.
We will be leaving the carpark at 10.00am.
Actual route still to be finalised but we will go via Te Awamutu to Raglan where we will have a picnic lunch.
Returning via Scotsmans Valley and Walton.
