This is our seventh Snow Run. It will be held from the 3rd to the 5th September.
Acommodation is available once again at the Parklands Motor Inn and Settlers Motel.

Your cost for the weekend is $120 per person which includes light dinner Friday,
lunch Saturday and Sunday and Dining and Dancing Saturday evening and gymkna on Sunday.
We will not be splitting the costs up over the weekend.
Accommodation is your responsibility to book and pay for.
Remember winter months are very busy in Turangi and accommodation is at a peak
with Skiing and Fishing so book early so as not to be disappointed.
A non refundable deposit of $50 per couple to secure your booking is required.
Balance by 12th August 2010.
For those who have not joined us before a quick rundown. Friday evening gather and meet
everyone at Tongariro Chartered Club Katopu Place a light finger food dinner is included from 6.30pm.
Saturday morning Run (in cars!!) round the mountains with lunch provided at National Park.
Saturday afternoon we have organized a Mini Golf Challenge between regional clubs so get
some practice in.
Saturday evening a Smorgasbord Dinner followed by live music from Gerry Lee
ex Beach Hop 2010
so the night is ROCK N ROLL dress appropriately for the era.
Sunday morning Gymkhana/ Mystery Run and wind up with lunch and prize giving.

Pine Harbour Run (All Day)
Meet at Rototuna Shopping Centre from 9.30am for a 10.00am departure. This run is basically a repeat of mid week run we did earlier in the year. We will head north passing through Hunua, Clevedon and Whitford ending up at Pine Harbour for Lunch. After lunch we will travel home via Beachlands, Maraetai, Kawakawa Bay and Kaiaua (afternoon refreshments at Kaiaua Pub).
The run is reasonably long being a bit over 300km in total so will be a pretty full day.
There are some people from the Thames area who have expressed an interest in coming on the run. If they wish (along with any others) they could join us (rather than coming all the way to Hamilton) at Mangatawhiri on old SH2 opposite McKenzie Road at around 11.15am. Could anyone wanting to join us there please let me know when confirming your attendance along with a contact mobile number if possible.

Monthly Drive To Marlborough (All Day)
Our September run will leave WOW at 10am and go out on SH6 across Whangamoas to Rai Valley, turning off at French Pass/Tennyson Inlet road to go across hill to Tennyson Inlet (Penzance Bay and Duncan Bay (start of Nydia Track) – stop at Penzance Bay for photo shot! Then back to Nelson stopping off just after Rai Valley turnoff up the hill at the Mt Richmond Estate motel and lovely new cafe/restaurant for lunch stop. Have to turn right into it, but there is a new lane built on left for such turning manoeuvres! (Need to be careful there though as it is on the hill!). Can people please give Hugh & Julie an idea if they are coming so they can give the cafe an idea of numbers for food!! At this time of year they don’t get too many people so want to make sure there will be enough food for us. It is a very nice setting.
If people wish to bring their own picnic lunch that is fine too.

The Abstract Cafe Run (10:15 AM)
The September Run is a good drive t o the Abstract Café where lunch will be available at very reasonable prices.
The Date I s Sunday 26 September and we will meet at the BP Service Station on State Highway 1 just before the Druary t urn off if you are coming from the North.
We will meet in the car park at 10:15am for a start at around 10.45 am after a chat, meet and catch up.
The roads are all sealed and should be fun for MX5ers.
